Guiseley-headquartered insurance intermediary JMG Group has completed its 50th acquisition since a 2020 management buyout, with London-based Profile Insurance Services becoming the latest firm to join its growing national portfolio.
Founded in 1997 by managing director Melanie Burns, Profile Insurance Services initially gained prominence for its work with high-net-worth footballers, before evolving into a broader commercial and personal lines brokerage. The seven-strong team is recognised for its high client retention, long-standing relationships, and a personal, service-led approach.
The deal is consistent with JMG Group’s strategy of investing in independent, values-driven brokers while allowing them to retain operational independence. The Group offers back-office and compliance support, insurer relationships and wider market access, enabling acquired firms to focus on growth and client service.
